Major changes at facebook last week. The interface you’ve come to know and love for it’s cleanliness and non-myspaceness has changed… for the better! You may want to check it out.
The visual changes to facebook may mean changes to your facebook pages. So far, there is an empty column reserved for future page controls available, but your institution’s page (seriously, you should have one) still looks the same. I would love to see the column absorbed by the main page and single column that are currently left justified.
I have noticed that facebook has been down twice in the past week for at least 20 minutes per downness. Hopefully, these outages will not continue. I’m just beginning to like the little facey.
What do you think about the new facebook? Have you had any trouble adjusting to the different control locations?

I didn’t even notice a different. I guess I’m not very observant. Facebook will forever be infinitely better than myspace.
Myspace is for 8 year olds (shouldn’t be for them, though) and bands trying to get found.
I wasn’t a big fan of new FB at first, in fact, refused to use it. But I gave it a second chance and it’s starting to grow on me. Still strikes me as a bit too cluttered though.
I’m ok with it, but I think they need to improve the ergonomics. Maybe a little less feed and more profile apps???
